A deposit of £150.00 for each week booked is payable. This deposit is non refundable. In the event of a cancellation being received within the 28 days prior to the commencement of the holiday the full amount of the agreed tariff rate will be payable. We strongly advise that holiday cancellation insurance is arranged as we are unable to make refunds for cancellations as detailed. Please note that the full balance is payable 28 days prior to arrival, and will be done so automatically.
We allow one well behaved dog at a charge of £50.00 per stay. Please advise at time of booking if you are bringing your pet to ensure a pet friendly apartment and avoid disappointment.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and communal areas. Management reserve the right to charge £150.00 for any breach of this.
We guarantee one parking space per apartment.
Apartments should be left as found on arrival. Should an apartment be deemed to be unacceptable, and additional cleaning charge will be added. Bicycles are not allowed to be stored in apartments.
Please note that with our short break offer, it is fully chargeable at time of booking, with a 72 hour cancellation policy.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
